Port communication成品油属于易燃、易爆特级危险品，在油罐车到达加油站以后，在卸油工作的整个环节，成品油公司注册上海剑墨有限公司整理了加油站卸油管理条例： 油罐汽车进入加油站卸油作业前，应做好以下工作： (one)卸油作业前，油站工作人员引导油罐汽车进入车位，备好消防器材，连好静电接地端子，对油罐汽车铅封进行检查，核对所运油品的品种和数量，并在油罐汽车前设置“正在卸油，严禁烟火”警示牌。
(two)油罐汽车静置15分钟后，方可计量;驾驶员将卸油胶管与油罐汽车卸油口连接牢固，卸油员将卸油胶管与加油站油罐卸油口连接牢固。 (three)卸油员检查确认与卸油罐连接的加油机是否已停止加油作业，检查确认卸油管线连接是否正确、牢固。卸油员和驾驶员双方履行确认手续后，卸油员发出卸油指令。
卸油作业时应做好以下工作： (one)卸油员开启加油站油罐卸油管线阀门，驾驶员缓慢开启罐车卸油阀，卸油员监督检查卸油管线、相关闸阀等设备运行情况，随时准备处置突发事件。卸油员、驾驶员、押运员必须全过程在场监卸，严禁离开。
(two)严格控制输油速度，禁止喷溅式卸油，遇有雷鸣电闪、发生火警等异常情况，立即停止卸油作业，按照加油站卸油员的指令，采取相应安全措施。 卸油作业完毕的安全管理： (one)卸油完毕，卸油员确认罐车油品卸净，驾驶员关闭罐车闸阀，排空卸油胶管余油，卸油员关闭加油站油罐卸油管线阀门，拆除卸油管。
