第十一条保险公估机构及其分支机构的名称中应当包含“保险公估”字样，且字号不得与现有的保险公估机构相同，中国保监会另有规定除外。第十二条申请设立保险公估机构，全体股东、全体发起人或者全体合伙人应当指定代表或者共同委托代理人，向中国保监会办理申请事宜。第十三条保险公估机构可以申请设立分公司、营业部。
