Registration process

（一）保险专业代理机构经营保险业务许可审批： 1.shareholder、The sponsor is in good standing，近3年无重大违法记录，出资应自有、真实、合法,不得用银行贷款及其他形式的非自有资金投资。 2.注册资本达到《中华人民共和国公司法》和中国保监会有关规定的低限额，为实缴货币资本并实施托管。 3.The company's articles of association comply with relevant regulations。
4.Chairman、执行董事、高级管理人员符合规定的任职资格条件。 5.商业模式合理可行，公司治理完善到位，Have a sound organizational structure and management system。 6.Have a fixed residence commensurate with the size of the business。 7.Have business suitable for carrying out business、Financial and other computer software and hardware facilities。
8.保险代理机构的名称中应当包含“保险代理”字样，且字号不得与现有的保险中介机构相同，中国保监会另有规定除外。 9.风险测试符合

（二）保险代理集团（控股）公司设立审批： 1.shareholder、The sponsor is in good standing，近3年无重大违法记录，出资应自有、真实、合法，不得用银行贷款及其他形式的非自有资金投资。 2.注册资本达到法律、行政法规和中国监会相关规定的低限额。 3.公司章程或者合伙协议符合有关规定。
4.Chairman、执行董事和高级管理人员符合规定的任职资格条件。 5.商业模式合理可行，公司治理完善到位，Have a sound organizational structure and management system。 6.Have a fixed residence commensurate with the size of the business。 7.Have business suitable for carrying out business、Financial and other computer software and hardware facilities。
8.拥有5家及以上子公司，其中至少有2家子公司为保险专业中介机构。 9.保险中介业务收入占集团总业务收入的50%以上。 10.风险测试符合

（三）保险兼业代理机构代理资格审批： 1.具有工商行政管理机关核发的营业执照； 2.有同经营主业直接相关的一定规模的保险代理业务来源； 3.有固定的营业场所； 4.具有在其营业场所直接代理保险业务的便利条件。
（四）外资保险代理公司设立审批： 允许香港保险代理公司在内地设立独资保险代理公司，申请人需满足以下条件： 1.经营保险代理业务10年以上； 2.提出申请前3年的平均业务收入不低于50万港元； 3.上一年度的年末总资产不低于50万港元。
允许香港保险经纪公司在广东省（含深圳）设立独资保险代理公司，经营区域为广东省（含深圳），申请人需满足以下条件： 1.申请人在香港经营保险经纪业务10年以上； 2.提出申请前3年的年均保险经纪业务收入不低于50万港元，提出申请上一年度末总资产不低于50万港元； 3.提出申请前3年无严重违规和受处罚记录； 4.在内地设立代表处时间1年以上。
