1. 全国性保险公估机构营运资金为200万元以上，区域性保险公估机构营运资金为100万元以上。

按照中国保监会的有关规定进行营运资金托管；

1. 保险公估机构可以经营下列全部或者部分业务：保险标的承保前和承保后的检验、估价及风险评估；保险标的出险后的查勘、检验、估损理算及出险保险标的残值处理；risk management；中国保监会规定的其他业务；
2. 保险公估机构的字号不得与现有的保险专业中介机构相同，与保险专业中介机构具有同一实际控制人的保险公估机构除外；
3. 保险公估机构任命董事长、执行董事和高级管理人员应当具备下列条件：大学专科以上学历；从事金融保险工作3年以上，或者从事资产评估相关工作3年以上，或者从事经济工作5年以上；Have the business and management capabilities required to perform duties，Familiar with insurance laws、行政法规及中国保监会的相关规定；诚实守信，品行良好。
