主要原因在于：(1) 产品之制造技术门坎不高，技术取得容易； (2) 生产成本透明化； (3) 产品同质性高，于是整个市场交易方式快速的从卖方市场转向买方市场。以台湾地区为例，L/C 交易方式 ( 包括即期及远期信用证 )，从 1996 Year 35% 左右到了 2025 年只剩不到 10%。
