Port communication保安从业单位有下列情形之一的，责令限期改正，给予警告；情节严重的，并处1万元以上5万元以下的罚款；有违法所得的，没收违法所得：
- 保安服务公司法定代表人变更未经公安审核的；
- 未按照本条例的规定进行备案或者撤销备案的；
- 自行招用保安员的单位在本单位以外或者物业管理区域以外开展保安服务的；
- 招用不符合本条例规定条件的人员担任保安员的；
- 保安服务公司未对客户单位

提供的保安服务的合法性进行核查的，或者未将违法的保安服务

向公安报告的；
- 保安服务公司未按照本条例的规定签订、留存保安服务合同的；
- 未按照本条例的规定留存保安服务中形成的监控影像资料、报警记录的。

国内保安企业要走出去与国外同行开展业务和项目的合作,共同服务于有需求的中外客户。积极兼并收购或参股海外保安公司,扩大业务的领域和范围,勇于进入资本市场,努力成为国际化、现代化的跨国保安企业。
