保安员不得有下列行为：

1. 限制他人人身自由、搜查他人身体或者侮辱、殴打他人；
2. 扣押、没收他人证件、财物；
3. 阻碍依法执行公务；
4. 参与追索债务、采用**或者以**相威胁的手段处置纠纷；
5. 删改或者扩散保安服务中形成的监控影像资料、报警记录；
6. 侵犯个人隐私或者泄露在保安服务中获知的国家秘密、商业秘密以及客户单位明确
