two、办理保安服务许可证流程和期限设区市的公安机关保安监管部门应当自收到设立保安服务公司申请材料之日起10个工作日内，对申请人提交的材料的真实性进行审核，确认是否属实，并将审核意见报所在地省级公安机关保安监管部门。
省级公安机关保安监管部门收到设立保安服务公司的申请材料和设区市的公安机关的审核意见后，应当在10个工作日内作出决定：
- 符合《保安服务管理条例》规定的，决定核发保安服务许可证，或者在已有的保安服务许可证上增注武装守护押运服务；
- 不符合《保安服务管理条例》规定的，应当作出不予许可的决定，书面通知申请人并说明理由。
Notice：办理之后取得保安服务许可证的申请人应当在办理工商登记后30个工作日内将工商营业执照复印件报送核发保安服务许可证的省级公安机关保安监管部门。取得保安服务许可证后超过6个月未办理工商登记的，保安服务许可证失效，发证公安机关应当收回保安服务许可证。
