- 以往申请过其他口岸车辆的，不受限制，仍可提出申请。
- 省内企业3年内（含申办当年）纳税额累计达到10万元人民币以上者就可以申办1辆通行港珠澳大桥口岸的商务车辆指标；
- 纳税50万元人民币以上的，可申请第2辆；
- 100万元人民币以上的可申办第3辆。

比起深圳湾口岸的要低一些，内资的企业为发起主体只要纳税达到100万就可以申请，外资为发起主体纳税达到10万，不过指标只有3000个，所以要做的话要快，不然名额没了以后后期门槛加高，想办都办不了。
经粤港双方磋商，粤港之间经港珠澳大桥口岸通行的商务车指标数量已经确定自2025年9月1日起启动申领工作! 商务车(俗称私家车，用于往返粤港两地从事商务需要的车辆，车辆类型为车长小于6米，含驾驶人在内的8座以下小型汽车，车辆不得从事营运)指标分为两类： 一类是香港经大桥进入内地，并领取内地车牌的指标; 第二类是内地经大桥进入香港，并领取香港车牌的指标。
指标有效期为5年，到期后按照届时规定条件延期，到期3年仍未办理延期的，指标将被注销，供其他符合条件的申请人使用。
