5. 企业章程(It must be signed by the legal representative of the investment method or an agent holding a power of attorney.);
6. 董事会成员名单;
7. 法定代表人及董事会成员委派书(Attached are copies of valid and legal passports or identity documents of the legal representative and board members.);
8. Letter of appointment of legal representative(Submit this item without a board of directors，附法定代表人有效合法的护照或身份证件复印件)。

1. 外商投资企业设立登记申请书原件1份?
2. 投资方的营业执照与开业证书
3. 两份银行资信证明原件，表明投资方的资信状况，需在6个月以内颁发的，有中英文对照
