one、食品证的定义： 餐饮服务许可证是针对涉及到制作和加工食品的企业要办理的；食品流通许可证是针对销售定型包装食品的企业要办理的。2025年10月1日起， 食品流通、餐饮服务两个证，合二为一，食品经营许可证开始施行。
two、餐饮服务类：

注册地址和实际地址必须一致，楼上不能有居民，10米内不能有学校，地址不符合就办不了，

three、需要提供的资料：
- 法定代表人或负责人的身份证原件及复印件；
- 企业营业执照原件及复印件
- 法人或负责人的健康证（D类）原件及复印件；
- 经营场所房产证复印件（加盖权利人公章）、租赁协议原件及复印件；
- 食品安全管理人员、食品安全专业技术人员的聘用合同文件及身份证原件、复印件（由法人或负责人担任可不用提供）；
- 经营场所空间布局平面图；（标明设备设施的位置、面积、用途等）
- 供货、销售流程文件；
- 与食品经营相适应的设备、工具清单；
- 特殊食品含保健食品销售的还需提供保健食品生产厂家的营业执照、生产许可证、产品检测报告、产品批准证书（加盖生产厂家公章）。
