申请劳务派遣许可证的申请公司应当向许可机构处提交以下申请材料：申请公司必须领取两份《劳务派遣经营许可申请书》，并进行如实的填写。申请公司需提交已获取的营业执照的复印件或是由工商机构出具的《企业名称核准通知书》的原件以及复印件。申请公司的法定代表人的身份证复印件或是《法定代表人申请书》。
