- 国家规定的其他条件。
地网SP证办理需要具备的条件：
- 公司注册资金100万元人民币(可认缴);
- 公司属于全内资企业(注册资金不能有外资);
- 公司的经营地址不得与注册地址不同;
- 不少于3个人社保证明，成立满半年企业提供3个月的，成立不满半年提供1个月的;
- 国家规定的其他条件。
