Application conditions
：
- 注册资本不得少于人民币200万元；
- 有与开展业务相适应的固定的经营场所和设施；
- 有符合法律、行政法规规定的劳务派遣管理制度；
- 法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。
劳务派遣经营许可证申请所需资料：
- Labor dispatch business license application form；
- 营业执照或者《企业名称预先核准通知书》；
- 公司章程以及验资机构出具的验资报告或者财务审计报告；
- Proof of use of the business premises and office facilities and equipment suitable for conducting business、List of information management systems, etc.；
- Proof of identity of legal representative；
- Labor dispatch management system，including labor contract、labor remuneration、social insurance、working hours、rest vacation、Labor discipline and other rules and regulations related to the vital interests of workers；Sample labor dispatch agreement to be signed with the employer。

：单位经办人携带上述资料前往单位辖区社会保险机构申请办理劳务派遣经营许可证即可。一般资料齐全，符合条件即可成功办理。不同城市
Process
不相同。例如上海劳务派遣经营许可证可以网上办理。
办理时限：根据《劳务派遣行政许可实施办法》规定，许可机关应当自受理之日起20个工作日内作出是否准予行政许可的决定。20个工作日内不能作出决定的，经本行政机关负责人批准，可以延长10个工作日，并应当将延长期限的理由告知申请人。
申请人的申请符合法定条件的，许可机关应当依法作出准予行政许可的书面决定，并自作出决定之日起5个工作日内通知申请人领取《劳务派遣经营许可证》。经营范围（参考）：专业承包、劳务分包。 Labor dispatch；Information consultation；企业形象策划；接受委托提供劳务服务；投资咨询；承办展览展示；会议服务；家庭劳务服务。
领取本执照后，应到区县住建委（房管局）取得行政许可。（由于注资金不同，因此申请人可根据申请资金进行项目调整。）劳务派遣经营许可证年检说明劳务派遣单位应当于每年3月31日前向许可机关提交上一年度劳务派遣经营情况报告。
