办理ICP经营许可证的条件
- 缴社保满3个月，3个人以上；
- 不能有外资（股东也不行）必须是纯内资公司；
- 注册资金不是低于100万；
- 需要该网站 办理ICP经营许证需要多长时间 正常时间2个月左右，加急一个月
Things to note
：
- ICP经营许可证必须到注册公司地所在通信管理局办理。
如果公司所在地在深圳，而服务器在外地，需要在深圳办理ICP经营许可证，然后到服务器所在地办理备案。
- 如果一个网站有多个域名，申请时必须全部填写。
- 如果一个公司有多个网站，办理一个许可证即可，但每个网站都要出具一份材料。
- 如果两个公司为同一网站，不能同时申请一个ICP许可证。
- 如果公司域名、公司名称或注册公司资金变更，需作变更申报，如果其他日常信息（如公司电话等）变更，可在年检时变更。
- ICP许可证办理成功后，需要到工商部门办理增项，然后到红盾315办理备案。
- 中外合资企业（大股东为外籍人士，占公司51%股权）不可以办理ICP证，中外合资或者外商独资都不可以。
