办理保安服务许可证

Things to note

:

1. 取得保安服务许可证的申请人应当在办理工商登记后30个工作日内将工商营业执照复印件报送核发保安服务许可证的省级公安机关。
2. 取得保安服务许可证后超过6个月未办理工商登记的，保安服务许可证失效，发证公安机关应当收回保安服务许可证。
3. 保安服务公司依法破产、解散、终止的，发证公安机关应当依法及时办理许可注销手续，收回许可证件。
4. 本规定发布前已经设立的保安服务公司自本规定发布之日起6个月内重新申请保安服务许可证，拟任的法定代表人和总经理、副总经理等主要管理人员为外国人的，除需提交上述规定的材料外，还应当提交外国人就业证复印件。
