- 股东名称，身份证或护照、address、影印本（资料公证）
- 提供至少1位董事1位股东。
- 注册在30个工作日内完成，Register a company：包括首年、委任当地秘书、地址建文件等服务。
- 公司成立第二年的年审服务：包括第二年年审、当地秘书、地址更新建文件等。
- 按法定资本1000澳元注册，股份比例、股本金1元/股（根据申请填写）。
- Declaration：阐明为什么要在当地开展业务，并说明所计划的业务项目。
B、澳大利亚公司注册办理程序：
- 客户确定注册名称后，签署委托、协议合同
- 守法宣言书（由我方以英文备制）；
- 标准版或事先备好的《公司章程》和《组织大纲》（由我方准备）
