澳大利亚的外资政策:在资本进出方面，澳是资本净输入国。在外资政策上，澳鼓励外资的进入，但一直保留着外资审查体制。该体制对一些敏感行业和投资金额巨大的外资项目实行”项目申报”(Notification)and”预先审批”(PriorApproval)。
97年以后，澳政府进一步放宽了外资审批手续，加大了吸引外资的力度，其目标是使澳逐步发展成为全球金融中心和”精品加工中心”(ManufacturerofExcellence)。注册澳大利亚公司需提供以下资料：1、拟注册澳大利亚公司的名称三个（英文）。2、中国公司地址及名称或个人地址及姓名。
3、股东身份证或护照、address、联系电话。4、董事身份证或护照、address、联系电话。5、公司注册在30个工作日内完成（其他另外）。6、公司成立第二年的年审服务：包括第二年年审、当地秘书、地址更新文件等。7、按法定资本1000澳元注册，股份比例、股本金1元/股（根据申请填写）。
Remark：至少提供1位董事及1位股东。如需在当地实际经营，需要提供澳大利亚籍董事、申请澳洲税号、租用当地办公室、聘请当地员工、开立银行帐户、记帐报税等。
