香港到内地车辆申请：到我省投资的国外、港澳台商户，其上一年度在我省纳税数额符合以下条件的，可以申办港澳入出内地商务车指标：申办第1辆商务车指标的，上一年度纳税数额须达到15万元以上；申办第2辆商务车指标的，上一年度的纳税数额须达到50万元以上；申办第3辆商务车指标，上一年度的纳税数额须达到100万元以上；从申办第4辆商务车指标起，上一年度的纳税数额每增加100万元即可增办1辆商务车指标，最多不超过15辆。
内地到香港车辆申请：我省企业上一年度纳税数额达到100万元以上的，可以申办1辆内地入出香港商务车指标。以上就是深圳口岸车牌申请的新规定，可以看出，
