Process
条件以及材料解析企业只要从事专题、专栏、综艺、动画片、广播剧、电视剧等广播电视节目的制作和节目版权的交易、代理交易等活动的行为，都需要办理广播电视许可证，又被称为广播电视节目制作经营许可证，影视制作许可证；2004年开始国家严格管理，不具有相关资质的企业都属于不正常经营，将受到一定的处罚。
one、Processing conditions
- 具有独立法人资格，有符合国家法律、法规规定的机构名称、组织机构和章程；
- 有适应业务范围需要的广播电视及相关专业人员、资金和工作场所；
- 在申请之日前3年，其法定代表人无违法违规记录或机构无被吊销过《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》的记录；
- 法律、法规规定的其他条件。
two、需提交材料
- 申请报告；
- 申请机构章程；
- 《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》申领表；
- 主要人员材料：深圳广播电视节目制作经营许可证申请，深圳各类资质许可证申请
- 法定代表人身份证（复印件）及简历；
- 主要管理人员（不少于3名）的广播电视及相关专业简历、业绩或曾参加相关专业培训证明等材料；
- 股权构成证明
- 办公场地证明；
- 企事业单位执照三、
Process
符合上述条件的单位，向当地（县区级）广播电视行政部门提出书面申请，经审核同意，连同申请材料报省新闻出版广电局（传媒机构管理处）；2、省新闻出版广电局收到符合
Require
的申领材料之日起二十个工作日内作出批准或不批准的决定；3、批准同意的，为申请机构核发许可证；不同意的作出说明并退回材料。
