Registration process
- 公司查名 提交5个深圳外资注册公司名称给予千百年深圳工商注册代理公司，或者自行前往工商局指定地点，或官网核名查看是否可以注册。
- 办理批准证书 深圳注册外商投资企业设立时，都必须经过商务部门审批，审批通过后商务部门会下发批准证书(审批时限为90天)。
- 领取营业执照 须批准证书下发之后，方可按照深圳工商注册公司流程进行注册，具体请咨询当地注册公司流程，或者找千百年全程专人代办，一般3-5个工作日即可完成注册。
- 办理外汇登记证 外汇登记证IC卡是统一有国家外汇管理局发放的，是外商投资企业外汇业务的“身份证”。
two、深圳注册外资公司所需资料
- 外商合法开业证明（个人投资提供护照）复印件；
- 资信证明（由开户银行出具，有效期不得超过三个月；内容包括企业存款位数和资金往来结算信誉）；
- director、正副总经理名单及其身份证（护照）复印件；
- 董事“委派书”和正、副总经理”推荐书”原件及其中文译件；
- 法定代表人身份证（护照）复印件、简历、照片（1寸1张）；
- 公司住所（经营场所）房产产权证明和租房协议。
