1. 《劳务派遣经营许可申请书》
2. 已设立的公司法人提供企业法人营业执照。
3. Articles of Association。
4. 验资报告、Audit report。
5. 经营场所的使用证明
6. 与开展业务相适应的办公设施设备、List of information management systems, etc.。
7. 法定代表人身份证明。

法定代表人委托他人代办的，需提供授权委托书和法定代表人、代办人的身份证明。

1. 符合劳务派遣法律规定的规章制度及协议样本。
2. 消防安全管理制度。包括消防验收备案证明、安全生产管理制度、安全生产工作方案及应急预案等。
3. 承诺书。承诺提供的资料真实合法。
